Week 1
Welcome
back to school! I hope that you had a wonderful long holiday. This week
on IDL we will talk about what we are doing this term and explore our
new website. We will also set up a Wellbeing activity book
especially for you. An exercise book was placed into your pigeon holes
at the end of last term so you should have received it in the mail
during the holidays. Please bring this book along to our first session.
You will also need to bring along a balloon and a mat to lay on for our Yoga activities.
