The Visitor Centre is open as usual - 7 days a week and all are welcome. Our friendly and informative team will take you on a guided presentation of 'the largest classroom in the world'. See original radios, observe our classrooms, and learn about the interactive educational experience for which the Alice Springs School of the Air is world-renowned.

Travel & Tour Company FAQs

We are open between 8.30am and 4.30pm Monday through to Saturday and 1.30pm to 4.30pm on Sundays and Public Holidays. We are closed on Good Friday and from Christmas Day through to New Year's Day inclusive. We will always try and open for Group Tours. The last tour booking is at 4pm each day. If you want a time slot outside of our normal hours please email the Visitor Centre Manager on vcmanager@assoa.nt.edu.au or call on 61 (0)8 89516834.
