Travel & Tour Company FAQs

There are no set film screening and presentation times at the Visitor Centre. For English-speaking groups we will attempt to fit your Group in at any time during our regular opening hours (8.30am to 4.30pm). Ideally, group bookings are booked at least 45 minutes apart, with approximately a minimum of 45 minutes allocated to each tour. However, for foreign language-speaking groups who have a translator with them (able to translate our guides' presentation) we allow an additional 5 - 10 minutes to the allocated tour time. It is important that groups adhere to their booking time as early and late arrival impact on book your groups visit as well as those booked before and after you. If you need to amend your booking time on the day of your arrival please call and we will work with you to amend with consideration of other bookings.
