The Visitor Centre is open as usual - 7 days a week and all are welcome. Our friendly and informative team will take you on a guided presentation of 'the largest classroom in the world'. See original radios, observe our classrooms, and learn about the interactive educational experience for which the Alice Springs School of the Air is world-renowned.

Yes, we reserve the right to apply a surcharge, but we suggest you check with the Visitor Centre before making any decisions, as we will often attempt to meet your needs without surcharge. Our standard surcharge information is (as published on our current Group Rate sheets): $60 for bookings after 4.00pm but no later than 4.30pm, except groups over 20pax. $115.00 – Early/Late opening fee (up to 1 hour – Monday to Saturday only), all group sizes. $175.00 – Early/Late opening fee (up to 2 hours – Sunday & Public Holidays), all group sizes.
